The practice is registered and complies with the Data Protection Act 1998. All request for access to notes by a patient, patient’s representative or outside body will be dealt with in accordance with the Act.

You can also access your medical records data via the NHS App.
All records from the 1st of November 2023 are automatically viewable on NHS App, data prior to this date that is recorded will need to be requested and approved by the Caldicott Guardian before access is approved.
